Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you choose) receive the product.

How to return
1. Email us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You can use the withdrawal form below, but it's not required.
2. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us, to:

3. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We recommend a tracked shipment.

Refunds
We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back or you have shown proof of shipment. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Condition of returned items
Please handle the product only as you would in a shop. If it shows use beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you pay nothing for the return.
