Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to EU countries.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Your order ships from our partner warehouse abroad. Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks from the moment you order. During holidays or peak periods it may take a little longer.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Customs & taxes
All prices include VAT. If you are ever asked to pay extra charges at delivery, please contact us before paying so we can help.

Delayed or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at hello.info@gmx.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always help where we can.
